Introduction

Frontier Labourers for Christ (FLC) is a non-denominational, evangelical Christian mission based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. FLC's goal is to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to the tribal peoples of the Golden Triangle, which is a region that encompasses Thailand, Myanmar (Burma) and Laos. FLC was founded by Daniel and Beverley Kalnin in 1979 on their vision to uplift the tribal peoples of the Golden Triangle. FLC serves the people through a holistic approach to evangelism which includes: church planting, leadership training, crop substitution programs, village development and Barefoot Doctors programs. The mission is comprised almost entirely of well trained local staff who know the languages and intricacies of tribal culture. FLC partners with American and Canadian churches, individuals and organizations to bring the gospel message to the Golden Triangle. FLC has successfully completed projects with Project Cure, IDES, Samaritan's Purse, World Vision and other organizations. In 2004 FLC is celebrating its 25th year of service in the Golden Triangle. We hope that you will join with us in celebrating God's blessings on FLC.
